Known defectsThat loose plastic piece underneath is just the engine splash shield, and the hook or clip holding it up came off. It is a very minor cosmetic and protective defect that is completely safe to drive with temporarily, as long as it isn't actively dragging on the ground. You can easily secure it back into place with a heavy-duty zip tie or pop a new plastic retention clip into the mounting hole.
